CHARON AXP from Stromasys is a software for the emulation of a wide range of Alpha computer models and their standard peripherals. Alpha emulation systems with modern host computers mostly achieve better performance than the original systems.

  • CHARON AXP ON LINUX runs on x86-compatible 64-bit systems under Red Hat Enterprise Edition and Fedora (also under VMware).
