Pricing made as uncomplicated as possible: You can define standard conditions for your customers and contractors, and these can automatically be incorporated in order entry, scheduling and invoicing.
You can use the "simple conditions" function to create price and toll tables, from which the costs and revenues from your transfers are automatically determined during job entry, scheduling and invoicing, supported by a wizard. Furthermore, any number of surcharges can be stated.
With the aid of a script language, you can access all elements in a customer data set, a transfer and scheduling so that you have complete room for maneuvre during pricing. You can also define any number of tables for use during pricing. You can then export these tables into standard spreadsheet programs (Excel etc.) or import from them.
